Very disappointed in my last order on June 25, 2015. First: If you never have Lobster. Take it off the menu. Once again ordered lobster fried rice for delivery. No understandable reason why continuously. The combination fried rice I decided with was terrible. Every piece of chicken and every piece of steak I could not chew. VERY disappointing. The shrimp was so tiny, could have not bothered to include. I am yet to receive my extra bean spouts with my order. It is very unfair to receive such poor service in this day and time. Must do better. Has customer service come to this?
